Suncroft National School
The school was built in 1956 and was named Scoil Bhríde after the patron saint of Kildare: Saint Brigid.
A new extension was added in 1979 and the school now has four classrooms, a resource room, a learning support room, a secretary's office, a staff room, a P.E. hall, a computer room, a school garden, a basketball court and a large football area.
There are currently 65 students in the school.
The staff consists of three main stream class teachers, a learning support teacher, a resource teacher, a special needs assistant and a secretary.
